All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days via USPS. Shipping and transit times will vary based on location.

Key West locals or visitors are welcome to place an order for pick up. Use code LOCAL during checkout to indicate that you will be picking up. Pick up location is Lagerheads Beach Bar, located at 0 Simonton Street, Key West, FL 33040. Please note that your order will not be ready for pick up until the following business day. 

All items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. We do not offer standard exchanges. To make an exchange, please return your item, and place a new order for the replacement item. 

Refunds will be issued in the same way in which you paid. Please allow 7-10 days for processing. All items must be unused, unworn, and in unaltered condition.
